General Data Protection Regulation  (GDPR)

YOUR PERSONAL DATA 

If you enter our competition, we will collect and handle your personal data. This includes your name, email address, age, name of school or group and the name of parent or guardian.

Under the GDPR we are ‘data controllers’ of your information. 
We take our obligation to protect the information you give us very seriously, and will take care when using and processing it.

SECURITY AND DATA PROCESSING

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal data remains secure. We have adequate procedures to avoid data security breaches and to protect your data from accidental or unlawful disclosure, damage, destruction, or loss.

DATA SHARING AND RETENTION

We will NOT share any of your data with any other organisation or person outside of the relevant members of Launceston Rotary club and will only use your information for the purposes of administering the competition.
All information held for the running of the competition will be deleted on of before August  1st 2021.
